These Terms govern your use of OathPath, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using OathPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
OathPath is an independent study and tracking aid. It is not legal advice and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or the U.S. government. Case statuses, processing-time ranges, reminders and study content are provided for convenience and may not reflect your individual circumstances. Always confirm your case status and requirements directly with USCIS or a qualified attorney.
You are responsible for the receipt numbers, dates and notes you enter and for verifying them against official USCIS sources. OathPath does not access your USCIS account and cannot change or submit anything to USCIS.
OathPath Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, subject to their terms and refund policies.
The free version of OathPath displays ads served by third parties such as Google AdMob, subject to their terms. OathPath Pro removes ads.
Your cases, notes and study progress are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups you export.
The OathPath app, code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OathPath, including reliance on any status explanation, processing-time estimate, reminder or study content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
