Your privacy matters. This policy explains how OathPath, developed by Next App Factory LLC, handles your information.
OathPath does not require an account. There is nothing to sign in to, and we never ask for your USCIS login, your A-number, or any government credentials. You can use the app without giving us any personal information.
Your cases, receipt numbers, dates, notes and study progress are stored only on your device. They never leave your phone — not in analytics and not in a report. Receipt numbers are masked until you choose to reveal them, and you can export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
To keep the app reliable we receive anonymous events, such as the app version, operating system, a random install identifier that is not an advertising ID, and whether an ad or a purchase screen loaded. These are never linked to your identity and never include your case details or receipt number.
The free version of OathPath is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Where required, Google's consent form (UMP) asks for your choices first, and on iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, just less personalized. OathPath Pro removes ads entirely. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The optional OathPath Pro subscription is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.
OathPath is an independent study and tracking aid. It is not legal advice and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or the U.S. government. Always confirm your case status and requirements with USCIS.
OathPath is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
